Boating Safety at Offshore Watersports

At Offshore Watersports safety always come first. With each rental you will receive comprehensive and detailed instructions to facilitate safe and proper operation of all equipment while on the water.

Rules

• Drivers of the vessel must be 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• You must be over the age of 9 and/or over 50 lbs to ride the waverunners. You must be at least 5 years of age to ride in a boat.
• Personal Flotation Devices (PFD's) must be worn at all times on Waverunners by all guests, regardless of age, and by all boaters under the age of 12.
• Follow the speed limits: Do not exceed 3 MPH in the Rainbow Harbor Marina and do not exceed 5 MPH in the channel area.
• Stay 50 yards away from everything.
• Piloting the vessels under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited and against the law.
